A practical blend explorer
ChromaStack combines the catalogue colours of your paints using a simple parts ratio, then compares the result against the local database with Delta-E CIEDE2000 to surface close ready-made paints.
Pick up to 4 paints, adjust the ratio with simple parts, then see the approximate blended HEX and the closest ready-made paints in the catalogue.

No. The calculator blends catalogue HEX colours. It is very useful for exploring a target shade, but it cannot predict the exact real-world behaviour of pigments on a miniature.
Beyond 4 inputs, the tool becomes much harder to use on mobile and shared recipes become less readable. The limit keeps the UX clean and the ratio logic simple.
Because a very similar colour may already exist in another range. This helps users decide whether to mix what they own or buy a ready-made paint instead.
